An ‘active request’ is any task you assign to us, whether it’s creating a design, editing a video, making revisions, or any other work that requires our team’s attention.
Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer or editor?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds. If needed, you can pause or cancel your subscription whenever you like.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel any time by notifying your project manager, though we’d love to hear any feedback on what we could improve. If you just need a break, you might want to consider pausing your subscription for a minimal fee of $19.99/month. This way, you can continue to access your ClickUp board and work with the same dedicated team when you’re back.
